Directory API use terms
Last updated September 28, 2026. The public directory API supports provider discovery and comparison using public sources.
Use and attribution
When showing results, name GLP-1 Care Map and link to the returned directory page. Keep source quotes, source links, and checked dates with the claims they support. Source content remains subject to its owners' rights. ZIP coordinates are based on GeoNames data under CC BY 4.0.
Limits of the data
Listings are incomplete and may be out of date. Confirm services, state eligibility, availability, and prices with the provider. Prices are starting prices and do not establish a quote for a particular treatment. NPI matching does not establish licensure.
Do not present directory results as medical advice, a clinical recommendation, an eligibility decision, or a prescription. Do not claim a provider offers a brand, formulation, insurance arrangement, or appointment unless separate evidence supports it.
API access
The API accepts public directory queries only. Do not send personal health information or attempt to access administrative data. Respect pagination limits and retry instructions. Availability is not guaranteed, and access may be limited to protect the service.
GLP-1 Care Map is independent of Meta. Providing an API for Muse does not imply that Meta has approved or endorsed it.
