Find local GLP-1 clinics and online options through a public, read-only API. Results include supporting quotes, source links, and dates checked.

Connect the directory

No account, API key, or patient record is needed. Give your assistant the OpenAPI description and ask it to create a custom connector.

Create a read-only connector for GLP-1 Care Map using https://glp1caremap.com/openapi.json. Use it to find providers and cite their directory pages and source evidence. Ask me for a ZIP or state when needed. Treat missing evidence as unknown. Do not infer brands, current stock, insurance coverage, or medical suitability. Do not send my medical history or contact details.

Available operations

  • searchClinics finds nearby clinics with website evidence of GLP-1 care. Filter by semaglutide or tirzepatide, telehealth, and accepting patients.
  • getClinic returns a clinic's details, source evidence, and public contact links.
  • listTelehealthProviders returns online options with sourced state coverage and product filters. Manufacturer pharmacies are identified separately.

Searches return up to 20 results per page. Use next_offset for another page. The API returns JSON errors and a Retry-After header when requests need to slow down.

How to read results

Local results are ordered by straight-line distance from a ZIP centroid within the same state. In-person clinics are limited to 60 miles. Clinics with telehealth evidence may appear within 150 miles when you request a larger radius. Use the online-provider operation for other statewide options.

A confirmed service has a quote from the clinic's website. Unknown means we do not have sufficient evidence. Ingredient evidence does not establish a specific brand or formulation. Dates describe when sources were checked, not live availability.

Online prices are provider starting prices, and may not cover the medication you filtered for. Prices older than 45 days are omitted. State-specific medication exclusions are applied before results are returned. The API uses direct provider links and does not export patient reports.

The directory is incomplete. It does not assess eligibility, prescribe medication, verify licensure, or book appointments. Confirm details with the provider.

Privacy and support

Send only the location and directory filters needed for the search. Do not send names, medical histories, insurance IDs, or conversation transcripts.
